WWE stars Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair were involved in an ugly botch.
The latest edition of WWE RAW saw the women’s babyface team for WarGames break apart when Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss confronted Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky. Both teams wanted a shot at the women’s tag titles and were involved in a back-and-forth confrontation before a match was made official for later in the night. The main event then saw the former WarGames companions lock horns in what turned out to be a classic, except for one tiny blip.
Rhea Ripley And Charlotte Flair Were Involved In A Bad Botch On WWE RAW
At one point in the contest, Iyo Sky was up on the top rope waiting to hit a high-flying move as Rhea Ripley tried to put Charlotte Flair up on her shoulders to hit a Razor’s Edge. However, the stars’ communication failed, and Ripley failed to lift Flair up on her shoulders. The stars then regrouped and tried to hit the move again, this time successfully.
Wade Barrett and Joe Tessitore, who were on commentary duty, quickly came to the aid of the stars and stated that it was the effect of the brutal WarGames match.

The botch was a reminder that wrestling at the end of the day requires two to tango, and communication gaps can happen to the best of them, even stalwarts like Ripley and Flair.
The ending of the match saw the Kabuki Warriors come out to cause a no-contest, before Bayley and Lyra Valkyria attacked the heels. This ultimately led to The Judgment Day’s Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, and Roxanne Perez to come out, as they stood tall to end the night.
