What’s in her CME Group Tour Championship-winning bag

World No. 1 Jeeno Thitikul completed her dominant LPGA season with her third victory of the season in her title defense at the CME Group Tour Championship.

Thitukul has a really cool setup when it comes to her specs, and it jumps out at you immediately when you see the swing weights on both her driver and 3-wood. Those clock in at just C4.4 and C6, respectively!

Yes, at just 5-foot-4, Thitkul is on the smaller side of LPGA Tour players, yet swing weights don’t really creep down on the LPGA below D0 or C9 too often. Thitikul’s driver is 5.5 points below that, and what’s stranger is that her next club, a Callaway Apex UW, is D1.5, and then all of her irons and wedges spec out to D2, a much more typical swing weight.

Then for her irons, Thitikul has a very strong lofted combo set of Callaway X Forged Star and X Forged ’25 irons. You’d be forgiven for not recognizing the X Forged Star iron. They’re a larger chassis size than the standard model and available only in the Asian market, making them a good option for longer irons for ball speed retention.

Thitkul’s lofts toward this part of her bag may seem pretty tight too, with her UW at 19 degrees, 4-iron at 20.5 degree and 5-iron at 22.5 degrees. But loft is just a number at the highest levels like the LPGA Tour. The lofts might be tight, but they work for Thitikul because she’s able to hit the carry distances she needs.

The same can be said for her lie angles, which aren’t in progressive half-degree increments. Instead, some of her lie angles are the same from club to club and other jump by a degree or more. We saw this as well with U.S. Open champion J.J. Spaun. Credit to the Callaway Tour team for working with Thitikul to optimize each individual club for the way she swings it and how she wants to see the ball fly.

With her wedges, Thikul also has a unique set of Shimada K 3001 steel shafts. The Japanese-made shafts are half-stepped and half-tapered and play at the same weight for each shaft length.

According to GOLF’s Jake Morrow, “The tapered part is meant to resist twisting at impact, particularly in bad lies like deep rough (great for greenside chipping) and the stepped makes it feel good in the hands.”

Keep reading below for all of Thitikul’s detailed specs.

A re-engineered 2-piece construction head design strategically reshapes mass to optimize CG locations. Odyssey Tri-Hot Square 2 Square #7 Custom Putter

    We’ve moved Zero Torque Forward.
Odyssey’s new line of S2S TRI-HOT putters is a revolution in the “Zero Torque” category. Using multi-material construction, we have been able to move the CG of these putters far enough forward to get the shaft entering the head on the topline eliminating the need for shaft lean and thus eliminating one of the biggest barriers to entry for this style of putter.
    Forward CG and Hosel Position
By moving the CG forward we were able to position the hosel spud on the topline, much closer to the face than typical “Zero Torque” putters for a more natural, intuitive and comfortable set up position.
    Multi-Material Construction
By strategically using Aluminum, Steel, and over 140 grams of tungsten we have been able to design a “Zero Torque” putter with more than 80% of its weight under the topline and allowing for our forward CG and hosel position.
    New FRD Groove
This new Forward Roll Design Groove is deeper and more aggressive. With a 19° slope it works in conjunction with the dual layer design to improve forward roll up and down the face.
