    India vs Pakistan Asia Cup 2025: Team India will go against Team Pakistan on September 14, 2025. The match will be played at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. As per the recent reports, the pitch will be in favor of the chasing team. Pakistan and India have faced each other 19 times in the Asia Cup tournament. India has won 10 of those matches, while Pakistan has won 6 matches, three of those matches ended up having no results. This will be the 20th time that Team India will face Team Pakistan in the Asia Cup.

    Both India and Pakistan started their tournament with massive victories. Team India defeated the UAE by 9 wickets, while Pakistan defeated Oman by 93 runs. It will also be the first time in a very long time for the Pakistani team to go on a major tournament without Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan. Also, for the Indian side, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma will not be a part of this tournament. Both the Indian and Pakistani teams have included youngsters in their squads, and it will be very interesting to see how these youngsters perform in the biggest cricket match.

    Team India won the first match of the 2025 Asia Cup tournament by defeating the UAE by 9 wickets. In the following match, both the Indian batting and bowling looked in very good form. On the other hand, Pakistan also started their tournament with a massive 93-run victory over Oman. In the following match, although the bowling side of the Pakistani cricket team delivered a great performance, the Pakistani batting lineup struggled against Oman in the very first overs. A similar scenario happened recently, where the Pakistani batting order struggled against Afghanistan, and the bowling side bowled out the entire Afghan team for 66 runs. Now, Pakistan will be looking to address their batting issues before they face an in-form Indian Team.

    It is predicted that both India and Pakistan will be taking the same playing 11 as they used in their previous match. However, the official playing 11 will be announced after the toss. Team India has included youngsters like Abhishek Sharma and Tilak Verma in their squad. It will be an interesting match-up to see these youngsters face an experienced Shaheen Shah Afridi. It will also be the first time for both Suryakumar Yadav and Salman Ali Agha to lead their teams in a match against each other.
