Truth Magnum of the Outrunners didnâ€t waste any time poking fun at the duoâ€s walkout. While many backstage are keeping quiet, Magnum went straight to social media with a jab that turned heads. He joked that he and his tag team partner Turbo almost bailed on Collision, too—but for a much less serious reason.
“Turbo and I almost walked out last night when there was no Caesar salad in catering.â€
His sarcastic comment comes on the heels of reports that Newell and Alize left the show after being told theyâ€d only get three minutes of in-ring time for their scheduled match. Sources say they had no issue putting over Tay Melo and Anna Jay but were frustrated by how little time they were given. When they asked for more, they were reportedly told the format was locked. Thatâ€s when they decided to exit the building altogether.
With the match falling through, AEW quickly called in Hyan and Maya World as replacements. Despite the chaos, the last-minute duo earned praise backstage for handling the situation with total professionalism.
