The Good Brothers Address Potential WWE Return for AJ Styles†2026 Retirement

Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows may be gone from WWE, but theyâ€re open to a possible return—and it has everything to do with AJ Styles†retirement in 2026.

The Good Brothers opened up on their Talk N†Shop podcast about reuniting with Styles in 2026, when he plans to hang up his boots. According to Anderson, it wouldnâ€t feel like the end of AJâ€s story without them.

“Itâ€s easy and itâ€s safe to say—AJ Stylesâ€s story inside WWE is obviously not complete without the Good Brothers.â€

While stopping short of confirming anything, Anderson strongly suggested that if Styles really is retiring in 2026, some kind of involvement from The O.C. is only natural.

“If AJ goes to his final match, one-two-three, or his final appearance, and he leaves and takes his boots off, tells the fans worldwide that heâ€s leaving… and thereâ€s zero Good Brother involvement? Iâ€m just saying, I feel like that would be very… impossible.â€

Karl Anderson left the door wide open for a return as he said thereâ€s always a deal to be struck, even stating that if AJ finishes his career without them, then “AJ Styles is not finished.â€

“That would mean if that happens inside that WWE ring, I would say AJ Styles is not finished. If there is some kind of deal struck and some kind of Good Brother involvement — thereâ€s always a deal to be struck.â€

This comes after AJ Styles doubled down on the fact that 2026 will be his final year in the ring. Heâ€s mentioned age, the wear and tear of the business, and the desire to spend more time with family as reasons for his retirement.

But with his longtime running mates now free agents, the possibility of a reunion for one last O.C. moment seems more realistic than ever. So, whether itâ€s a six-man tag or a simple curtain call, donâ€t count out Gallows and Anderson showing up to help AJ go out in style.
