Week 1 of WWE NXT Gold Rush took place on 19th November 2025 at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City. This was a TV special episode of NXT, which featured superstars from three different companies, including NXT, TNA, and AAA. This event was streamed live on Netflix in India, and the highlights for this show can also be watched on Netflix.
On this show, we saw many great matches and many great moments. It was already announced that the main event of this show will be the NXT Womenâ€s Championship match, where the current NXT Women’s Champion, Tatum Paxley, will defend her Championship against the former champion, Jacy Jayne. We also saw a great mixed tag team match between the team of Chelsea Green and Ethan Page against the team of Thea Hail and Joe Hendry. One of the most exciting matches of the entire night was the Women’s North American Championship match between Blake Monroe and Sol Ruca.

Chelsea Green & Ethan Page vs Thea Hail & Joe Hendry
This show was kicked off by Ethan Page and Chelsea Green defending their AAA Mixed tag team championships against Thea Hail and Joe Hendry. This match was one of the best matches of the entire night and went on for 20+ minutes. At the end of the match, as Hail locked Green in a Kamura lock, Green countered the move with the help of Page and delivered Unpretty-her to Hail to secure the win for her team and retain the titles via pinfall.Â
Blake Monroe vs Sol Ruca
One of the most heated and intense matches of the entire night was the Womenâ€s North American Championship match, where Blake Monroe defended her championship against the former champion, Sol Ruca. This match went on for 20+ minutes, and in the entire match, Monroe kept attacking Sol Rucaâ€s injured knee. At the end of the match, as Monroe locked Ruca in a knee lock, Zaria threw the white towel in the ring, accepting defeat on behalf of Sol Ruca, which led to Monroe winning this match and retaining her title.
Ricky Saints and Oba Femi
Ricky Saints and Oba Femi stood face to face against each other on this episode of WWE NXT Gold Rush. Ricky Saints said that this NXT Championship belongs to me, and Oba cannot take this away. After that, Oba Femi challenged Ricky Saints at NXT Deadline, and Saints accepted the challenge.
DarkState vs Jeâ€Von Evans and Leon Slater
DarkState members Dion Lennox and Osiris Griffin defended their NXT Tag Team championships against Jeâ€Von Evans and Leon Slater. This match had the best high-flying action in the entire night. At the end of the match, DarkState delivered Doomsday to Leon Slater, and Osiris Griffin secured the pin to retain their titles and win this match.
Tatum Paxley vs Jacy Jayne
Tatum Paxley defended her Womenâ€s NXT Championship against the former champion, Jacy Jayne. This match was the main event of week 1 of the NXT Gold Rush. This match went on for 15+ minutes, and at the end of the match, in a very shocking moment, Izzy Dame betrayed Paxley, and Jayne took advantage of this moment and delivered Rolling Encore to secure the win and become the new NXT Womenâ€s Champion.
