AEW may be inching closer to expanding its weekly TV lineup, as four new trademark filings suggest the company is at least exploring the idea of a third show.

Tony Khan has previously mentioned that adding another program is “something to consider,†and now the company has filed trademark applications for four new potential show names with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

The filings were submitted on November 12 and cover a familiar range of wrestling-related entertainment services: live performances, wrestling contests, and televised productions. The four names submitted include:

All four filings include the standard classification for wrestling content:

“Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services in the nature of live professional wrestling performances; Entertainment services in the nature of production of professional wrestling television programs; Entertainment services, namely, production and distribution of ongoing television programs in the field of professional wrestling.â€

At this point, itâ€s unclear if AEW will actually move forward with any of these names or if theyâ€re simply securing future branding options. The company currently airs Dynamite on Wednesdays and Collision on Saturdays, with Rampage also in the mix as a secondary show.

Whether one of these trademarks turns into something more remains to be seen, but AEW is clearly keeping its options open.

Do you think AEW should add a third show—or is the roster already spread too thin? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
