TNA Final Resolution went off the rails, but it was Stacks who walked away with the final word—and he said it with his fist.

The new TNA International Champion made sure no one forgot his name by the time the show ended. In the middle of a wild post-match brawl, Stacks stormed the ring and dropped Santino Marella with a punch that left the crowd—and Santino—flat on the mat.

The moment came after The System entered the ring to check on JDC following his world title loss to Frankie Kazarian. Just as things seemed to be settling, a wave of NXT wrestlers rushed in to attack Brian Myers, Eddie Edwards, and Moose. They dragged the TNA logo into the ring and were seconds away from setting it on fire when the TNA locker room hit the ring for the save.

But just as the smoke was clearing, Stacks took center stage. Without warning, he launched a punch straight to Santinoâ€s face, flooring the former WWE star and longtime TNA authority figure. The crowd watched in disbelief as Stacks stood tall—closing the show on his terms.

Santino was just trying to keep order all night. Instead, he became the target. Whether it was personal or strategic, Stacks didnâ€t hesitate, and the message landed loud and clear.

Is Stacks about to become TNAâ€s most dangerous wildcard? Did he just start something bigger with Santino? Drop your thoughts in the comments and let us know what you think comes next.

TNA Wrestling is moving to AMC, which is a big win for them. This may also see a former World Champion, and current shoo-in WWE Hall of Famer, make his return for a night.

TNAâ€s interest in bringing AJ Styles back to wrestle once again has gained new attention as the former company frontman is moving so much closer to his planned 2026 retirement. This could result in a big rating for TNA Wrestling as well, but itâ€s up to WWE to give him the green light.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that a WWE source indicated TNA would like Styles to wrestle for the promotion again, maybe on their first AMC show. This is a move that could help deliver a strong rating for them. It may also help reconnect Styles with a roster that includes longtime friend Frankie Kazarian as their current World Champion.

WWE allowed Styles to appear at Slammiversary on July 20 at UBS Arena but did not approve an in-ring return. This may be a different story, especially with the importance of TNA Wrestlingâ€s AMC debut.

AJ Styles has already confirmed that 2026 will be his final year as an active wrestler. He has repeated that he wants to retire before turning 50 and step away on his own terms. This may also come with a shaved head by the time he hangs up his boots.

The Phenomenal Oneâ€s retirement plans also include the possibility of a coaching or behind-the-scenes role with WWE after he stops wrestling. Styles has noted he is open to that path if both sides agree.

We will have to see what is in the future for TNA Wrestling and WWE as they continue their partnership. AJ Styles is certainly a man that TNA Wrestling would love to have the current WWE Tag Team Champion compete in their ring once again, as he was a crucial part of the companyâ€s early years. As a former two-time TNA World Champion, and three-time NWA World Champion that he held in TNA, it only makes sense to try very hard to make this match happen.

Whatâ€s your take on AJ Styles wrestling again for TNA? Do you think that WWE should let him do more with TNA? Let us know what you think in the comments section!

TNA Wrestlingâ€s move to AMC in 2026 has fans talking, but now weâ€re learning why the network got so fired up about partnering with the company — and according to Matt Hardy, the Hardy Boyz themselves were a major factor.

Speaking on The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast, Matt revealed that AMC executives were ecstatic once they learned the Hardys were part of TNAâ€s roster — and the brothers even helped impress the network during an early shoot.

Matt was asked directly whether the Hardy Boyz were a major bargaining chip in TNA securing its AMC partnership. He didnâ€t duck the question:

“There were enough top executives who, once they learned the Hardy Boys were TNA talent, got really excited. At AMC, there are so many people who are huge fans of the Hardy Boys, which is wild.â€

He recalled filming the stunt-heavy promotional shoot—complete with their signature dives and table spots—and said AMC executives were losing it:

“There were a couple of guys there who were so excited to be doing that, so excited to be working with us, which is cool.â€

Matt didnâ€t brag, but he didnâ€t deny the truth either:

“Not trying to be egotistical… but yes, I do think it was a big deal. We get recognized in the streets every single day… people who arenâ€t even die‑hard wrestling fans know who we are.â€

And even after decades in the business, the Hardys are still helping move the needle:

“Weâ€ve been through generations now… We are truly a legacy act that people know, and weâ€re still performing at a half‑decent high level.â€

With AMC execs excited to have them on board and TNA pushing into a new era, the Hardys may have played an even bigger role in shaping the companyâ€s future than fans knew.

As TNA prepares to hit AMC in January 2026, the Hardys†legacy isnâ€t just about moments in the ring — itâ€s about building the next chapter of the company itself.

TNA Wrestling has officially announced the date and location for its first pay-per-view of 2026—Genesis—just days after the companyâ€s move to AMC becomes official.

Genesis will take place on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the Curtis Culwell Center in Dallas, Texas, TNA confirmed this week via new promotional material and media appearances. The event lands just two days after the January 15 premiere of Thursday Night iMPACT on AMC, which will also broadcast from the same arena as part of TNAâ€s transition away from AXS TV.

The Genesis poster features a stacked lineup of talent, including current champions Frankie Kazarian, Leon Slater, The Hardys, and Lei Ying Lee, as well as stars like Moose, Nic Nemeth, and Mike Santana.

Speaking to multiple outlets throughout the week, TNA President Carlos Silva confirmed that Genesis will be the first of several high-profile events in the new AMC era. He also reaffirmed that TNAâ€s working relationship with WWE NXT will continue, fueling speculation about potential crossover moments in 2026.

Pre-sale tickets for Genesis will be available starting Tuesday, with general public on-sale set for December 11.

Genesis 2026 will mark a major moment for TNA as it kicks off the new year with national TV exposure, a fresh distribution partner, and renewed creative momentum.

Carlos Silva says TNA taking a few weeks off was just a smart business decision. Itâ€s also one he still stands behind.

TNA President Carlos Silva spoke with WrestleZone about the promotionâ€s new media rights deal with AMC. During the conversation, Silva was asked about the decision to take four weeks off after TNAâ€s huge Bound For Glory pay-per-view, which saw Mike Santana finally win the TNA World Championship.

Instead of continuing the storylines and keeping its momentum, TNA didnâ€t air a new episode for several weeks. Two of those weeks featured a look back at Bound For Glory, and the company also brought Open Fight Night back. However, the lack of completely new shows didnâ€t sit well with many fans.

Silva explained the decision behind going on hiatus, sharing that it came down to making the right business decision for TNA.

Carlos Silva says TNA made a business decision, and it was the right one

“I donâ€t know that there was any grand master plan behind it. I mean, as you work through schedules every year and you work through the difficulties in arenas and finding venues, getting everyone to the right cities, it just didnâ€t fall into the right cadence to make a great business decision for all of us at TNA to go to a place that didnâ€t make sense,†Carlos Silva explained.

“Weâ€re having a lot of success; we had content that had actually been put in the can around some of these tapings. So, we made a business decision—and it was the right decision—to not go and do a ‘bad†deal in maybe an arena that didnâ€t work out for us,†Silva continued. “So, these are the things that happen when youâ€re in the live business. Youâ€ve got to make these decisions, sometimes on the fly, and I think it ended up being a fine decision.â€

He credited the production team in Nashville for putting the shows that did air together, reiterating that it was the best decision for TNA to make.

“I know the fans were definitely grousing and jumping on us. But then, I think the [production] team down in Nashville with Eric Thompkins did a great job of putting some great shows together that got us through that break and got us back to the live events. So, these things happen sometimes. I think it was still the right decision.â€

According to Wrestling Observer Radio, the agreement between TNA and AMC is set for three years, locking in Thursday Night iMPACT on both AMCâ€s cable network and AMC+ streaming service through early 2029. The deal kicks off with a live episode on January 15, 2026, from the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, Texas.

Sources believe the agreement includes a live broadcast quota, requiring TNA to air a yet-unspecified number of iMPACT episodes live each year. While the exact figure hasnâ€t been confirmed, Dave Meltzer noted, “The television show will air in real-time a lot.â€

Following the live AMC debut, tapings for upcoming episodes will take place January 22 and 23 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, while TNA Genesis 2026, the companyâ€s first pay-per-view of the new year, will broadcast live on January 17 from Garland.

Though AMC and AMC+ become the official broadcast partners, fans will still be able to stream Thursday Night iMPACT on TNA+, keeping the promotionâ€s digital platform in play for on-demand viewers. TNA President Carlos Silva framed the deal as a breakthrough moment for the brand:

“We had a record-breaking 2025, and now weâ€re set to deliver even more to our fans.â€

While TNA has aired on several cable networks over the years—including Spike TV and AXS TV—this marks its first move to a mainstream entertainment brand like AMC, offering a broader reach and bigger promotional muscle.

With multi-year security, a live-event structure, and AMCâ€s platform behind them, TNA appears ready to scale its brand in 2026 and beyond.

Whatâ€s your reaction to the deal between TNA and AMC? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
