After years away from Major League Wrestling, Priscilla Kelly is making her long-awaited return.. and she’s set her sights on undefeated star Shotzi.
The collision between the “unhinged” Kelly and the unbeaten Shotzi will take place on November 20 at the MLW x Don Gato Tequila Live Special in Charleston, South Carolina. The match represents Kelly’s first appearance in MLW after an extended absence, with the promotion teasing her return with ominous messaging: “The shadows have returned.”
Kelly’s comeback opponent presents an immediate challenge, as Shotzi enters the bout with an unblemished record. The stylistic contrast between the unpredictable Kelly and the dominant Shotzi sets up a compelling clash for MLW’s return to downtown Charleston — the promotion’s first show in the city’s downtown area in 32 years.
The matchup is positioned as part of a triple main event lineup for the live televised special, which will air on both YouTube and beIN SPORTS. MLW has framed the encounter with dramatic flair, promoting it as a battle that’s “going to get wicked.”
Tickets for the November 20 event start at just $15 and are available through Ticketmaster. The show marks a significant return for MLW to the Charleston market after more than three decades.

Shotzi Blackheart has made a name for herself in the ring, and now she and her husband are ready to make a major personal step. Speaking on Saraya’s Rulebreakerspodcast, Shotzi shared that she and her husband are looking to adopt a child.
Shotzi was excited about signing up for the adoption process. With that said, the former WWE Superstar realized that this is not a quick process.
“The adoption process is so long, and like I don’t intend, like I mean if it happened, it happens, and I would take a child right now, but like I know the adoption process is long.”
Shotzi is eager to adopt, but added that “whatever happens, happens.” The former NXT Tag Team Champion was cut from WWE earlier this year but has re-established herself on the independent scene in recent months.
Shotzi won’t be the first wrestler to adopt a child. Kurt Angle and his wife adopted a 15-year-old boy from Bulgaria after learning that children over 10 are often less likely to be adopted. The legendary Haku adopted Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa, who, like Haku’s biological son Tonga Loa, are wrestlers.
Shotzi Blackheart is ready to join the litany of wrestling moms and give a home to a child through adoption. Stay tuned to SEScoops for the latest on Shotzi Blackheart, both in and out of the ring.

Although she may currently be sidelined healing a broken arm, Shotzi has been a prominent figure on the independent circuit since her release from WWE back in May. Speaking with Saraya on “Rulebreakers”, Shotzi revealed whether or not she was surprised after her release.
“Well, yes and no. I had just [come] back from an ACL tear,” she said. “So coming back from [a] huge injury and not being on TV for almost a year, I was kind of not surprised.”
While Shotzi’s surprise of her release didn’t stem from her return from injury, she did add that she felt WWE CCO Triple H had always believed in her and left her a little disappointed after receiving the news.
“I just felt like dang, they gave up on me,” Shotzi said. “I was just in such a bad space for a few years, you know, just like everything that I was going through and I was coming back from injury so much stronger and not just physically but mentally too.”
Looking ahead to the future, Shotzi expressed her eagerness as she’s built up an ongoing storyline with current TNA star Matt Cardona in GCW. The pair have had a number of heated interactions with one another on their respective social media platforms, later meeting one another in three GCW matches throughout the months of July and August.
“Yeah. No, we’re having so much fun. And that’s what I like too. I never really got like a good feud at WWE. So I’m taking control of that now that I’m independent and luckily Matt [Cardona] is on the same page as me. He wants to go the distance.”

In May this year, Shotzi parted ways with WWE, ending her six-year tenure with the promotion. While many fans have wanted her to either return to WWE or sign with AEW, Shotzi has since been competing on the independent circuit, where she seems to be enjoying herself. Unfortunately, she recently suffered a broken arm, just as she was finding her footing.
“When I first got back on the indies, I was thinking like: oh, well, like if WWE or AEW hit me up, I’m, you know, I’m gonna take whatever comes at me!” she admitted during an interview with “TMZ Sports” recently. “Like, I don’t want to go back on TV, I want to, like, rehab my arm and get my strength back, so that plays into it too. I really just want to like, finish off this year and just have, like, a really good time on the indies…If I go back to TV, I’m like at full Shotzi-potential, full ballsy bada**, and I have all of my strength back in my arm.”
Shotzi has surprisingly been wrestling with a broken arm for much longer than most fans realize.Â
“I took a steel chair to my arm while I was doing a dive, and I knew immediately,” she recalled when asked if getting her arm run over by her tank was the moment she injured herself. Shotzi then added that she pushed through the aforementioned match despite knowing her arm was broken. Shotzi got more X-rays on her arm and admitted that multiple doctors said she needed surgery. Shotzi didn’t want to stop her momentum on the indies and asked for a thicker cast. Shotzi also added that her doctor was worried that she might lose rotation in her arm permanently, but recent X-rays have put her at ease.Â
“I think we’re good and I just need a few more weeks in the cast while I’m wrestling and, yeah, we’re going to be golden,” Shotzi said.

Shortly after legendary rock ‘n roll star Ozzy Osbourne’s deaththis year, WWE came under fire by his daughter, Kelly Osbourne, who slammed Becky Lynch for cutting a heel promo referencing her father. Former WWE talent Shotzi was asked her take on the controversy during an exclusive interview with “TMZ’s Inside The Ring,” in which she tried to appreciate Kelly’s position as well as why WWE greenlit the promo.
“Like, I feel for Kelly because, like, I was so close to my father when he passed; everything was really sensitive to me about it,” Shotzi admitted. “So, I don’t think that Kelly really meant that, I think she’s just, like, really vulnerable right now.” She then went on to explain that she believes that Lynch was actually putting Ozzy over and that she’s always been a fan of the late rock legend anyway.
“She’s also a heel and Ozzy was like a big part of WWE, like, Hunter loved Ozzy so much,” Shotzi added. “So, I think they kind of just wanted to pay a little tribute to him and then also like s*** on Birmingham.” Despite this, she still pointed out that the timing of the segment was simply off, especially since Kelly and her family were still likely processing the loss of Ozzy at the time. “It was just not the time. I disagree with, like, the timing on that, but I do think that everyone at WWE loves Ozzy as, you know, the world does.”

Shotzi Blackheart has been very open about her struggles as a child, which included the fact that her uncle abused her for several years when she was just eight years old. It turns out her mother wasnâ€t the only one who turned against her, as her extended family did as well.
While speaking on Rulebreakers with Saraya, Shotzi Blackheart talked about the fallout from the whole incident after her mother paid for her uncleâ€s lawyer and even sided with him in court once he went to jail.
Shotzi explained that her grandparents from the Philippines were also living with them and were furious that she had put her uncle behind bars. Her grandmother would often scold her, angry that he was imprisoned.
Shotzi shared that the emotional strain was heavy, but she was fortunate to have a strong therapist and a supportive father who stood by her as her rock through the entire process.
“Itâ€s just not—and not just her, but like my grandparents from the Philippines were also living with us, and my grandma used to just chew me out because they were so mad that I put my uncle in jail. They were so mad that he was in jail. Oh god, dude. Yeah. I mean, luckily I had a really good therapist. My dad was with me, you know, the whole process. Like, my dad was honestly my rock through everything.â€
Years later after her father passed away, her uncle was released from jail, adding more stress while she was also dealing with online harassment and grief. Soon after his release, her uncle traveled to the Philippines, where he died in a motorcycle accident after crashing into a wall.
Shotzi described the shocking news as feeling like “ultimate karma,†admitting that, although it was difficult to say, part of her felt a sense of relief that the situation had come to such an end.
“This is crazy. This actually happened a few years ago—like after my dad died, my uncle got released from jail, which was like another f******* thing I was dealing with while going through online hate and losing both my dads. My uncle got released and he went to the Philippines and I swear to God, my dad killed him. Like, he got released, went to the Philippines, was riding a motorcycle, and ran into a f******wall and died. I was like, ‘What the f**?†What a crazy ending to all of this—like the ultimate karma, right? Yeah. 100%. “Like I hate to f****** say it, but Iâ€m like… good.â€
Shotzi Blackheartâ€s story is about courage and survival after deep pain. She shows how hard it can be when even close family members donâ€t give support. By sharing her experience, she helps others see that healing is possible and can sometimes come in surprising ways and we definitely applaud her for being so vulnerable about this whole ordeal.
How do you feel about Shotziâ€s courage in sharing such a deeply personal story? Do you think her openness can help break the stigma around speaking out about family abuse?
