Randy Orton decided to break character after being spotted recently with one of his fiercest rivals, who happened to be this top WWE villain.
Orton and Drew McIntyre have no love lost between each other, and they’ve been going at it over the past few years, whether it’s for the WWE Championship or just a heated battle. Their last encounter was on the September 12 episode of SmackDown, where The Scottish Warrior nailed The Viper with his Claymore Kick. Fast forward, and the two have apparently called for a ceasefire and decided to spend some time together outside the ring. Orton, McIntyre, and another former WWE Champion, Sheamus, recently attended an event organized by popular YouTuber and influencer, IShowSpeed.
During Speed’s event, The Viper was seen having a good time with The Celtic Warrior and The Scottish Warrior, which was really interesting considering that they had just feuded with each other this past month. IShowSpeed (real name: Darren Jason Watkins Jr.) launched his new series Speed Goes Pro!,which tackled his sporting and athletic activities, including his WWE appearances at WrestleMania XL and the 2025 Royal Rumble.
The premier happened at the Los Angeles Coliseum on September 30th.

Orton was featured in the trailer and one of the episodes itself alongside other sports and entertainment giants such as NFL legend Tom Brady, 2020 Gold Medalist for gymnastics Suni Lee, competitive eater Joey Chestnut, and former NBA MVP Kevin Durant.
IShowSpeed Tried To Sneak In on WWE Legend Randy Orton
During the Speed Goes Pro!launch, IShowSpeed slowly approached Randy Orton by attempting his RKO. The Viper’s wife, Kim Orton, then warned her husband, but the 20-year-old decided not to pull the trigger, in a funny and light-spirited manner, as the former WWE Champion turned around to meet him.
The two talked with one another and discussed doing something in the next few weeks, seemingly pertaining to Speed’s upcoming series.

It can be remembered that IShowSpeed got involved in Randy Orton’s WrestleMania XL match against Logan Paul by pushing him, while disguised as a Prime Bottle mascot. However, things didn’t end well for Speed when he fell victim to The Viper’s brutal RKO on the announce table.
Team India captain Shubman Gill TimesofIndia.com in Ahmedabad: Citing the overcast conditions in Ahmedabad, Team India captain Shubman Gill on Wednesday hinted at playing an extra seamer in the first Test against West Indies, starting Thursday at the Narendra Modi Stadium.”You will get to know the XI tomorrow. Conditions and weather are tempting to play an extra seamer. We will take a call tomorrow after seeing the moisture in the pitch,” he told reporters.
Shubman Gill’s exquisite drives, lofted shots and innovative reverse sweeps in the nets
Gill acknowledged that it will be challenging for players who were part of India’s Asia Cup-winning squad but said it will be more of a mental adjustment than a technical one.”It was a quick turnaround for this Test. I was looking to get in the zone; switching formats is more mental than technical,” he said.Shubman Gill said the decision on Jasprit Bumrahâ€s inclusion would be taken on a match-to-match basis, depending on how much he has bowled in a Test and how the bowlers feel, adding that nothing has been decided yet. “The call on Bumrah will be match to match, depending on how much he has bowled in a Test and how the bowlers feel. Nothing is decided yet,†he said. On his own workload, Gill remarked that he prefers to take it week by week without looking too far ahead, stressing that for batters, the challenge is more about mental fatigue than physical strain as it is for bowlers. He added that, at present, he feels fresh.“On playing so much cricket, I will take it week by week. I am not looking too far ahead. For batters, it is more mental fatigue than physical—unlike bowlers. Right now, I am fresh,” Gill said.

Should Team India include an extra seamer in the first Test against West Indies?
The 26-year-old also warned West Indies that his team will play “tough cricket” in the two-match Test series.”No easy options… we want to play tough cricket. Every Test in England went deep. We are ready to play that tough cricket. We are playing in India after a year; any series is important. We will be looking to dominate the series,” he said.On the playing conditions, Gill added: “Any team that comes to India knows the challenge here is spin and reverse swing. We want wickets that give something for both batters and bowlers.”
The anchor of the Warriors’ defense has had one common thread for the past 13 seasons: Draymond Green.
The Michigan State alum has proven all there is to prove in his successful NBA career, but he’s never content. Green was asked Monday about possibly being selected to the NBA All-Defensive Team for a 10th time as the 2025-26 season begins.
“It would mean the world to me,” Green admitted to reporters at Warriors Media Day. “That’s my motivation, to go and try to make another All-Defensive Team and join that list. It’s an amazing list. All first-ballot Hall of Famers.”
Green’s defensive resume speaks for itself. His accolades include being the 2017Â NBA Defensive Player of the Year, a nine-time NBA All-Defensive selection (five First Team, four Second Team) and a finalist for the 2025 DPOY award.
“To try to put myself, my name in the hat with those guys,” Green continued. “Like any time you can put your name next to guys like — you’re talking Kobe [Bryant], Tim [Duncan] … And I can put my little name next to that? That — I mean, that would be a dream come true.”
The four-time NBA champion has had some ups and downs in his career, but cementing himself as one of the greatest defensive players of all time clearly is on his radar.
“That is definitely a motivating factor for me this year, for sure,” Green said.
Along with the personal quest for a 10th All-Defensive selection, Green and Golden State are looking to hoist another Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy this upcoming season.
Bethpage Black is one of the most challenging, grueling golf courses in the United States, which is exactly why it has that famous sign that warns golfers of the daunting task ahead.
But this week, for the 45th Ryder Cup? It was nothing like the terrifying muni locals know.
The greens were soft and receptive (and never dried out after it rained late in the week). Tees were moved up. And that gnarly rough — one of the course’s most famous characteristics — was hardly an obstacle.
So, what happened?
“We tried to set the course up to help our team,” said U.S. Ryder Cup captain Keegan Bradley on Sunday night. “Obviously it wasn’t the right decision.”
Bradley’s American squad lost 15-13 to the Europeans, a contest that was a laugher until the Americans stormed out in Sunday singles and turned it into a competitive final day.

The cascading failures of a Bethpage U.S. Ryder Cup

But one of the reasons why it’s so difficult to win a road Ryder Cup — which Europe did Sunday for the first time in a decade — is not just due to the hostile home crowd but because the hosting team and captain get to set up the course to their liking. That might mean chopping down rough or letting it grow. Or moving tees to have players hit certain distances into greens. Whatever captains think might give their side an edge.
Bradley decided taking some of the teeth out of Bethpage would suit his team well. Problem is, European vice captain and stats guru, Edoardo Molinari, had told people the setup played exactly into the Europeans’ favor, and it wasn’t the way he expected the U.S. to set up the course.
“I think any time you’re the leader of a team or the captain or the coach, or whatever — we talked about this last night — you’re going to get the accolades and you need to take the blame for when things don’t go well. I definitely made a mistake on the course setup,” Bradley said. “I should have listened a little bit more to my intuition. For whatever reason, that wasn’t the right way to set the course up. The greens were as soft as I’ve ever seen greens without it raining. Especially here, it can get pretty firm, and they never firmed up.”
He was then asked if the data said to cut the rough.
“We sat, or I did, and looked at a lot of info. We thought this was the best way to set the golf course up to win,” he said. “You look at past Ryder Cups, and that’s kind of how it goes. You know, sometimes, you’ve got to make a decision on what to do, and you know, if I could go back, I probably would have changed that.
“But the Europeans played just incredible golf. Doesn’t matter how you set the course up when you play that well.”
Europe did play well, holding a commanding 11.5-4.5 lead after two days and four sessions. And Sunday was all set up to be a European victory parade, but after Europe took control of a handful of matches early, it was the U.S. that wrestled a ton of those leads away. The Americans earned the first three points of the day and then needed to win all four of the remaining matches on the course to steal the Cup in stunning fashion, although they came up just short (one win, three ties).
In the final question of the U.S. press conference Sunday night, Bradley was asked if he was out-captained by Luke Donald, who has now won two consecutive Ryder Cups leading the Europeans. Justin Thomas answered first.
“We needed to make more putts,” he said. “That’s what Keegan needed; he needed us to make more putts. That’s what he needed to do.”
“I think in a lot of ways when you’re an away captain there’s a lot less decisions,” Bradley said. “When you’re the home captain, you have to set the course. I wish I could have some of those decisions back. I definitely feel I made a few mistakes there, but it’s tough to tell that it’s going to rain before the Ryder Cup. It’s tough to tell sort of the way the course is going to be when we’re here. We didn’t want the greens to be like this soft. They were perfect. And the grounds crew did an incredible job.
“I’ve got to take responsibility for this outcome for sure.”

Despite the disappointment of potentially missing the 2025-26 season because of a torn ACL, Houston Rockets point guard Fred VanVleet is maintaining an optimistic outlook as he prepares to start rehabbing the injury.
In a video posted on X that starts with messages in the wake of his knee injury before showing him walking into the doctor’s office for surgery, VanVleet vowed to “knock this lil s–t” out in reference to his rehab and recovery.
VanVleet suffered the injury during a workout as he was preparing for the start of training camp with the Rockets. He had surgery to repair his knee on Thursday, per an announcement from the team.
The Rockets haven’t officially said VanVleet will miss all of the upcoming season, but post-surgery recovery ranges from six to nine months. If that timeline follows, late-March would be the absolute earliest he could be back on the court.
News of VanVleet’s injury was particularly crushing because the Rockets made a big move in the offseason to acquire Kevin Durant with the goal of becoming a Finals contender after winning 52 games last season.
Houston still possesses a lot of high-level talent, including Durant, Alperen Şengün and Amen Thompson, but the lack of a proven point guard does leave a significant void without an obvious solution.
The hope, presumably, will be that Reed Sheppard, the No. 3 overall draft pick in 2024, can emerge as a reliable option after playing a total of 654 minutes as a rookie. Aaron Holiday is also going to be a huge piece for head coach Ime Udoka.
VanVleet averaged 14.1 points, 5.6 assists and 1.6 steals per game in 60 starts for the Rockets last season.
MVP opens up about his in-ring return at AEW All Out.
At AEW All Out, MVP made his long-awaited return to in-ring action. He teamed up with The Hurt Syndicate members Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin to face The Demandâ€s Ricochet and The Gates of Agony.
Unfortunately, MVPâ€s return didnâ€t go as expected, as he and The Hurt Syndicate suffered a loss. This marked MVPâ€s second match in AEW. His first match took place earlier in January on a special edition of Dynamite called the Maximum Carnage Special.
However, he has competed in independent promotions NEW WrestleFest XXVIII and BTW (Cali)/West Coast Pro Battle of the Bay. MVP recently spoke with TMZ Sports about his excitement for returning to the ring.
“I felt great. You know, more than anything, I enjoy reminding people that MVP is not ‘just a managerâ€. Iâ€m not a manager like any manager youâ€ve seen in a very, very long time. Iâ€m not your undersized pipsqueak chicken s*** manager because Iâ€m a 250 pound, over 6 feet tall, multi-time champion, Brazilian Black Belt World Champion. I donâ€t run away because I can fight and Iâ€m in the business of hurting people for money and I never retired.â€
He also shared that he has returned to training with plans to stay active in wrestling while preparing for upcoming jiu-jitsu matches. “I just think thereâ€s two things. One, yes, I am back training because I plan to be active in the ring again and I got some big jiu-jitsu matches coming up. So, yeah, my appetite goes up exponentially when Iâ€m training and burning the calories.†[H/T: WrestlingInc]

Alex Hammerstone ultimately made it through one of TNAâ€s signature matches, but he wasnâ€t sure how it was going to go at first.
Hammerstone recently spoke with WrestleZone Managing Editor Bill Pritchard. During the conversation, Hammerstone was reflecting on some of the “crazier†matches heâ€s been part of, noting that heâ€s never done anything too extreme. However, he did recall being puzzled by how he would fare in TNAâ€s Ultimate X match.
Hammerstone, currently signed with MLW, was with TNA in 2024. There, he competed in the Ultimate X match at TNA Emergence in August 2024. Hammerstone said he tried to mentally prepare as much as he could, but wasnâ€t sure how it would all work.
“I remember looking at all these videos being like, ‘I donâ€t know how this going to work.†And then I remember looking at the ring before the show [thinking], ‘I donâ€t even know if I can climb across that rope. I donâ€t know if I am going to fall right off. I donâ€t know if the truss is gonna break.†But, I didnâ€t go in the ring and go play with it and try to calculate. I just said, ‘You know what? When the bell rings, Iâ€m going to go out there.â€
Did anyone try to persuade him to test out the structure?
Hammerstone said some people approached him to test it out, but he didnâ€t want to slip and fall, and have that doubt in his head during the match.
“Plenty of people asked me to try it out. I donâ€t know. I just donâ€t care to. Iâ€m just like, because what are the pros to that? If I go up there, and I climb it, and Iâ€m like, ‘Oh, this is really easy. I feel more confident about this. Cool.†If I go out there and I slip off, now, I have that in the back of my head that I might fall off. So, Iâ€d rather just go out there and… We are doing it live, I am going to try. But if I am sitting there thinking, ‘Oh, well, I fell off earlier, so maybe I shouldnâ€t try this.†Itâ€s like, I just pretend that the best is going to work out for me.† Â
Hammerstone agreed that itâ€s pretty easy to keep thoughts of self-doubt out of your head if you never put them there in the first place.

As soon as it was made publicly known that the Boston Celtics were up for sale, most people speculated that the new owner would want to build a new arena for the basketball team. After all, who would want to spend $6.1 billion on a team just to pay rent to the Bruins?
Bill Chisholm, whose investment group won the bid to purchase the team, does not sound like someone who is prioritizing a new home for the C’s.
Speaking with Chris Forsberg on a new episode of the Celtics TalkPodcast, Chisholm shared the “philosophical pillars” that he and the ownership group share toward the home of the Celtics.
TD Garden is special
First and foremost, Chisholm spoke to the special home-court advantage that the Celtics have at TD Garden.
“I love the Boston Garden,” Chisholm said. “There have been banners raised there. That’s a great place for the fans, it’s a great place for the players. And so that’s a really good place to start.”
Some reverence for the home of the Celtics from the new owner.
The Bruins and Celtics ‘belong together’
While many creative minds envisioned a basketball-centric arena being built potentially outside of the city, Chisholm doesn’t seem to share that same vision.
“Second thing I would say is that the Bruins and Celtics belong together,” Chisholm said. “So no matter what happens, that’s a real priority for me.”
Since their first year in 1946, the Celtics have always shared a home building with the Bruins. TD Garden is owned by Delaware North, the company that owns the Bruins.
The Celtics’ current lease runs through 2035-36 after the team signed a 15-year extension in 2021. Getting out of that lease would be an expensive proposition, but it does not appear to be on the to-do list for the new ownership group.
What’s best for the fans
While all owners have personal feelings and desires, Chisholm said he’s open to hearing the will of the fans when it comes to something that plays such a significant role in their experience following the team.
“The most important thing is we’re going to create the best experience for fans that we can, and we’ll figure out what that is. But that’s kind of how I approach it,” Chisholm said. “We’ll go into it with an open mind, but I think that’s the starting point, those three things.”

Tiffany Stratton is excited for WWE WrestleMania 43 taking place in Saudi Arabia.
WWE announced a few weeks ago that the event will be held outside the U.S. for the first time. To make the announcement, WWE hosted a special event in Las Vegas, where Triple H, Saudi Arabian General Entertainment Authority Chairman Turki Alalshikh and stars like Seth Rollins, Logan Paul, Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair, Liv Morgan and Stephanie Vaquer attended.
Reports have also revealed that WWE plans to make WrestleMania 43 its most star studded event yet, aiming to feature legends like The Rock, Stone Cold, The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels if the WrestleMania 43 takes place in Saudi Arabia.
Although fans had mixed reactions to the announcement of WrestleMania 43 taking place in Saudi Arabia. Tiffany Stratton is excited about the show, in an interview with Going Ringside, Stratton expressed her excitement for returning to Saudi Arabia.
She said, “Iâ€m excited. The last time we were there I believe, we went on this little safari adventure, and I hope we get to do that again because that was super fun. I think Bianca mentioned women are making history over there, and I canâ€t wait to be a part of that myself. So Iâ€m super excited and I canâ€t wait.†[H/T: WrestlePurists]
Tiffany Stratton addresses rumors that sheâ€s injured
Last week, WWE NXT pulled Tiffany Stratton from her return match, where she was supposed to team with Rhea Ripley and Stephanie Vaquer. The match didnâ€t happen because doctors didnâ€t clear her to compete. NXT GM Ava explained that this was related to her recent title match against Jade Cargill and announced that Lyra Valkyria would replace her.
Stratton has now addressed the rumors, saying she is physically fine. “Physically, Iâ€m OK. Obviously on my moonsault, it was a little bit of a rough landing. However, I was fine. I think it was just more precautionary and kind of just monitoring and seeing if anything was bad about the fall. But for the most part, Iâ€m doing good, Iâ€m great.â€
