Marko Stunt, once a breakout star in AEWâ€s early days, is gearing up to step back into the spotlight—but not where you might expect.

After stepping away from the ring in July 2024, the former AEW star has been focused on life outside pro wrestling. Now, heâ€s teasing a major update about his future in the business.

Stunt recently took to social media to announce a new chapter in his life as a car salesman, sharing that heâ€s now working at Homer Skelton Ford in Olive Branch, Mississippi. The career pivot had many assuming his wrestling days were done for good, especially after he cited health concerns as the reason behind stepping away from the ring.

PWInsider reported that Stuntâ€s “big announcementâ€â€”set for November 2nd at Memphis Wrestlingâ€s TV tapings—is expected to be about his pro wrestling career. While he hasnâ€t wrestled since July, the timing and tone of the announcement suggest he may be ready for a return in some capacity.

Memphis Wrestling has also hyped the event, promoting both Stunt and former AEW TNT Champion Scorpio Sky for appearances at the Sunday tapings. In their promotional materials, they teased fans with the following:

“Marko Stunt has a HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT – what will it be?â€

Stunt himself hasnâ€t commented further on the nature of the announcement, but the build-up has fans wondering whether heâ€s stepping back into the ring, taking a new role behind the scenes, or saying goodbye to wrestling on his own terms.

What do you think Marko Stuntâ€s big announcement will be? Return, retirement, or something entirely unexpected? Drop your thoughts and predictions in the comments below.

In 2010, LeBron James shocked the basketball world by announcing he was leaving the Cleveland Cavaliers for the Miami Heat in an ESPN special titled “The Decision.” On Tuesday, that special is getting a sequel.

James teased the “decision of all decisions” Tuesday in a post on X. The video clip attached to that post features the Los Angeles Lakers star sitting down in a chair on the court. It’s meant to evoke James’ original decision, in which he sat in a chair across from reporter Jim Gray.

But just to make it obvious that’s what James was going for, he added the hashtag #TheSecondDecision to the post.

Given the open-ended nature of his post, there’s no way to know what James will announce Tuesday at 12 p.m. ET. Considering James will be 41 in December, though, speculation will run rampant that James will make an announcement about the future of his playing career.

James hasn’t been super forthcoming about the issue during training camp. When asked about retirement in September, James said he was excited to play for another season. He added that he knows the end of his career is “a lot sooner than later,” but failed to expand on that.

Despite his age, James continues to play at a high level. Last season, James averaged 24.4 points, 8.2 assists and 7.8 rebounds with the Lakers. He helped lead the Lakers to the playoffs, where they lost to the Minnesota Timberwolves in the first round.

Given the nature of social media these days, however, it’s also possible James’ post will wind up being a new ad or partnership. It’s worth noting Tuesday is the start of Amazon’s Prime Day, something James has promoted in the past.

If James’ announcement is not related to basketball, that might disappoint some fans, but … well, so did the original decision.

Recording artist Bad Bunny quipped his critics “have four months to learn” Spanish while delivering his opening monologue on Saturday Night Live.

The three-time Grammy Award winner referenced his selection as the halftime performer at Super Bowl LX next February. He then teed up a carefully edited clip of Fox News personalities saying, “Bad Bunny is my favorite musician, and he should be the next president.”

Bad Bunny followed up by saying how excited he is to have the Super Bowl halftime slot before giving a message in his native Spanish.

“Especially all of the Latinos and Latinas in the world here in the United States who have worked to open doors, it’s more than a win for myself, it’s a win for all of us,” he said, as translated by People‘s Nicholas Rice. “Our footprints and our contribution in this country, no one will ever be able to take that away or erase it.”

He closed the monologue by reminding viewers how much time they have to brush up on the language before the Super Bowl.

The NFL announced on Sept. 28 that Bad Bunny will be taking the stage at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

The 31-year-old is one of the most popular musicians in the world, regularly sitting near the top of Spotify’s annual streaming rankings. Combine that with the NFL’s continued efforts to expand the sport abroad, and he’s the perfect fit for the Super Bowl.

Bad Bunny’s selection is historic as he’s the first halftime performer who sings exclusively in Spanish.

The WNBA was initially supposed to release its All-Defensive First and Second Teams on Wednesday, but that didn’t happen.

And now there is some uncertainty about when it will.

Annie Costabile of Front Office Sports reported Thursday that the league rescheduled the announcement, though a new date has yet to be announced.

This comes amid a turbulent week for the WNBA.

On one hand, the league will be under the spotlight Friday with the start of the WNBA Finals between the Las Vegas Aces and the Phoenix Mercury. On the other hand, commissioner Cathy Engelbert has been the subject of plenty of criticism thanks to head-turning comments by Minnesota Lynx star Napheesa Collier.

Collier used her exit interview to read a prepared statement that criticized Engelbert directly and the league’s overall leadership.Â

Among the most notable tidbits was Collier’s comment that the WNBA has “the best fans in the world, the best players in the world, but the worst leadership in the world.” She also criticized the league’s failure to address officiating concerns and revealed that Engelbert told her Caitlin Clark needed the WNBA’s platform to make her endorsement money.

Clark responded to the comments Thursday during her own exit interview and said, “I have great respect for Phee and I think she made a lot of valid points. This is straight-up the most important moment in our league.”

There is no indication the delay in the All-Defensive teams announcement has anything to do with the public comments from some of the league’s most prominent players, but it wouldn’t be a surprise if Collier was included on one of the teams.

After all, she was the league’s Defensive Player of the Year last season and is known for her ability to thrive on both ends of the floor. She also finished fifth in Defensive Player of the Year voting this season.

Her teammate, Alanna Smith, was named the Co-Defensive Player of the Year alongside Las Vegas Aces star A’ja Wilson. They will surely be on the All-Defensive First Team when it is announced.

Gabby Williams of the Seattle Storm and Alyssa Thomas of the Mercury finished in third and fourth in the voting, respectively.

TNA Knockouts Champion Ash by Elegance made a shocking announcement tonight at Victory Road.

A Knockouts Championship match between Ash by Elegance and Masha Slamovich was scheduled for tonight. However, that match was canceled due to the ongoing internal investigations against Slamovich for domestic violence allegations.

It was later announced that Ash would be making an important announcement tonight, but no one expected what we got.

TNA President Carlos Silva and Santino Marella were in the ring when Ash by Elegance came to the ring and announced that she was no longer able to compete and was vacating the Knockouts Championship. No specific reason was given by Ash as to why she had to relinquish the title.

TNA wasted no time making multiple changes to tonightâ€s event. The Knockouts Tag Team Title match was moved to next weekâ€s episode of iMPACT in favor of a Knockouts Battle Royale. The final two women would then compete for the vacant title later this evening.

The battle royale was won by Lei Ying Lee and NXTâ€s Kelani Jordan.

Stay tuned to our WrestleZone live results to see who will be crowned the new Knockouts Champion later tonight on Victory Road.

Bully Ray speaks during the SririusXM Busted Open Wrestlemania party at Intrigue at Wynn Las Vegas on April 19, 2025 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Last week WWE announced that WrestleMania 43 will emanate from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2027, nine years after the company first started running shows in the country. It was also reported last week the Saudi government is paying WWE a “mind blowing” amount of money to host “The Showcase of the Immortals.” The money, and the initial deal signed back in 2018, are why WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray said on “Busted Open Radio” that WWE taking WrestleMania to the country is just business, no matter how upset the fans in the comments of the announcement telling WWE “you sold out” were.

“Because to me, it’s business,” he said. “I always talk about the scope of the playing field and the reason why the term ‘the scope of the playing field’ or ‘the scope of the contract,’ I always bring these words up because they really stuck out in my mind when I read my first WWE contract, and the contract read, ‘the scope of the contract is the world… ‘ They’re going to Saudi Arabia. Are we really shocked? Everybody’s like, ‘Oh my god. I can’t believe they’re doing this! I can’t believe they’re going to do business over there!’ Clutching the pearls and yelling and screaming and b******* and moaning. They’ve been going for five frickin’ years already.”

The Hall of Famer said that fans chanting “you sold out” in sold-out crowds at WWE shows aren’t going to make a difference. He said WWE isn’t going to care about social media posts, either, and if fans want to truly show WWE how upset they are, the time to show it isn’t after WrestleMania 43.
