Two of WWEâ€s top champions are set to appear on the November 7, 2025 episode of SmackDown, and the fallout from Saturday Nightâ€s Main Event is about to rock Greenville, South Carolina.
Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes is fresh off retaining his title against Drew McIntyre in a brutal fight that cemented his place at the top of the company. WWE teased whatâ€s next for Rhodes, stating:
“At Saturday Nightâ€s Main Event, Cody Rhodes retained the Undisputed WWE Title by defeating Drew McIntyre. With Rhodes still on top, whatâ€s next for The American Nightmare?â€
It may not be a long wait for an answer. Bodyslam.net indicated that Rhodes is expected to share the ring with Aleister Black during Fridayâ€s show. If true, that could signal the beginning of a high-stakes feud between two intense personalities.
Also set to appear is WWE Womenâ€s Champion Jade Cargill, who shocked fans by dethroning Tiffany Stratton at Saturday Nightâ€s Main Event. WWE promoted her appearance with a warning:
“After dethroning Tiffany Stratton… Jade Cargill is the new WWE Womenâ€s Champion, and SmackDown has never been stormier.â€
Cargill has wasted no time making her presence felt across WWE programming, and her return to the blue brand marks her first major move as champion.
