    Randy Orton is an American professional wrestler. He was born in Knoxville, Tennessee, United States, on 1 April 1980. Orton made his debut in the WWE on April 25, 2002. After a short stint as a singles competitor, Orton joined the Evolution faction alongside legendary wrestlers like Triple H, Ric Flair, and Batista. During this time, Randy Orton started using RKO as his finisher, which later became one of the most famous moves in the history of professional wrestling.

    In 2003, Randy Orton introduced his new Character, known as the Legend Killer. This character change became the reason that Orton became one of the most well-known wrestlers in the history of professional wrestling. In 2004, Randy Orton made history by defeating Chris Benoit at SummerSlam 2004 to become the youngest champion in the company’s history.

    Over the years, Randy Orton has won many championships and many accolades, including the United States Championship, Tag Team Championship, and the World Championship. He has also won multiple Royal Rumble matches and has Main Evented multiple WrestleManias. As of 2025, Randy Orton remains the only active full-time wrestler from the 2000s era. Currently, Randy Orton performs on the SmackDown brand.
