The Boys’ U19 Singles event was dominated by Brazil with all four Semifinalists teammates from that country.  The title went to Leonardo Iizuka.  A week ago in a different Pan Am Juniors event, USA’s Nandan Naresh topped Iizuka in the Final, but this week Narest fell in the Quarters to Felipe Doti (who fell in the Semifinals to Iizuka). USA’s Sally Moyland took the U19 Girls’ title.  The Brazil team of Iizuka and Doti topped USA’s Naresh and Tran to win Boys’ Doubles, Team Puerto Rico’s Leon and Melendez won Girls U19 Doubles with a win over USA’s Moyland and Chen, and Puerto Rico also won U19 Mixed Doubles with Steven Moreno and Edmarie Leon defeating USA’s Sally Moyland and Nandan Naresh.

USA’s Kef Noorani took top honors in U15 Boys’ Singles with a 3-0 win over USA’s Kyler Chen.  U15 Girls’ Singles was also an all-USA affair with Abigail Yu defeating Irene Yeoh.  U15 Boys Doubles went to USA’s Kef Noorani and Kyler Chen, U15 Girls’ Doubles went to USA’s Satyla Aspathi and Tiana Piyadasa, and U15 Mixed Doubles went to USA’s Abigail Yu and Kyler Chen.

U19 Boys Teams went to Brazil with Puerto Rico in second and USA and Dominican Republic splitting third.  The Gold Medal winners from Brazil were Hamilton Yamane, Lucas Romanski, Felipe Doti, and Leonardo Iizuka.  U19 Girls Teams was won by Canada with Puerto Rico in second, and USA and Brazil in third.  Team Canada’s U19 Girls Team was made up of Natalie Chan, Emily Liu, Jessie Xu, and Nelina Murdanaigum.  US Teams won both of the U15 Team events.  USA won U15 Boys Teams with Brazil in second, and Chile and Peru in third.  The USA’s U15 Boys Team was made up of Maxim Mouchinski, Jayden Cai, Kyler Chen, and Kef Noorani.  The U15 Girls Team title went to TeamUSA with Canada in second, and Brazil and Chile sharing third.  The USA’s U15 Girls Team was made up of Irene Yeoh, Satya Aspathi, Tiana Piyadasa, and Abigail Yu.

TeamUSA, Team Puerto Rico, Team Brazil, and Team Canada all had strong showings in Rosario.
