We are thrilled to share the success of the 2nd Annual Community of Opportunity Pickleball Tournament, proudly sponsored by ONIX Pickleball! Held on July 26th and 27th, 2025, at the Maynard Education and Recreation Centre near Prescott, Ontario, this outdoor event brought together 150+ players across 8 dedicated courts for a weekend of fun, competition, and community spirit.
A Tournament for a Great Cause
Tournament coordinator Heather Branchard once again organized an outstanding event, with proceeds supporting the Maynard Education and Recreation Centre. Thanks to the incredible turnout and support, Heather will be donating approximately $5,000 to the center—an amazing contribution to the local community! Heather has been a driving force in promoting pickleball in the area, even helping secure the construction of top-notch dedicated outdoor courts in Maynard. Her passion for the sport and commitment to her community continue to inspire players of all levels.
