Nick Aldis has been performing well in his role as the SmackDown General Manager, but people still want to see him wrestle. As it turns out, he definitely has one more run left inside the ring.
While speaking to Chris Van Vliet, Mickie James was asked if Nick Aldis has another run left in him. Mickie James said her husband absolutely does. She explained that Aldis is far from finished and that if the right opportunity or storyline came along, it would mean a lot to him.
Mickie James added that being able to put his boots back on and return to the ring would be a dream come true for him.
“Oh my God, yes. Absolutely! Heâ€s far from done. If he was ever given — and Iâ€d pray for — the perfect opportunity, whether itâ€s for a story or something else, I know that if he got the chance to put on his boots and step back in the ring, it would be a dream come true for him.â€
As Nick Aldis continues to play an important role in shaping SmackDownâ€s creative direction, thereâ€s still a strong chance for him to return to the ring if the timing is right. If WWE chooses to move forward with it, his comeback could become one of the most exciting and talked-about return stories in recent years. So weâ€ll have to see if that will happen in the end.
