Kris Statlander is showing the horrors of competing at AEW Blood and Guts.
Statlander was among the twelve women who went to war in the first-ever Womenâ€s Blood and Guts match in All Elite Wrestling history. The AEW Womenâ€s World Champion teamed up with Jamie Hayter, Willow Nightingale, Harley Cameron, Toni Storm, and Mina Shirakawa.
Their opponents were AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Moné, Marina Shafir, Megan Bayne, and The Triangle of Madness (Thekla, Julia Hart, and Skye Blue). The match was brutal from the opening bell, as all the competitors were busted open inside the unforgiving steel cage. The bout ended after Toni Storm surrendered on behalf of her team to stop the heels from further attacking Mina Shirakawa.
Taking to social media, Kris Statlander showed off the wounds and lacerations she suffered during the AEW Blood and Guts match on Dynamite. Statlander also took the opportunity to take a jab at Mercedes Moné before praising everyone who competed in the extremely brutal matchup.
