Cody Rhodes was expected to appear on the October 27 episode of WWE RAW.

The Undisputed Champion is a part of the SmackDown roster and appears weekly on Friday nights. However, in recent months, the distinction between brands is very minimal, and there have been multiple inter-brand feuds, leading to superstars travelling from one brand to another for the storyline.

Rhodes was supposed to appear at WWE RAW in Anaheim, California, as per reports by PWInsider, which created major hype for the show. But as the episode went on, and fans kept waiting, looking for their favourite superstar from SmackDown, there were no signs of Rhodes anywhere. The episode featured a heated face-off between Jey Uso and CM Punk in the beginning as both prepared to face each other for the World Heavyweight Championship at Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Rhodes and Drew McIntyre are also scheduled to compete for the Undisputed WWE Championship after months of bad blood with each other.
