    India vs West Indies Test series, which has two Tests, will start from October 2 to October 14, 2025. The 1st test will be played at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad, from October 2 to 6, starting at 04:00 AM GMT / 09:30 AM IST. The 2nd Test will be played at Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi, from October 10 to October 14, starting at the same time, 04:00 AM GMT / 09:30 AM IST.

    The BCCI has recently announced Indiaâ€s Test squad for the India vs West Indies two-match series against the West Indies, starting October 2 in Ahmedabad. Shubman Gill will lead the team, and Ravindra Jadeja has been named vice-captain in the absence of Rishabh Pant, who is still recovering from a foot injury suffered in England.

    Indiaâ€s Test squad for the upcoming two-match series against the West Indies has been announced. Shubman Gill will captain the side, and Ravindra Jadeja has been named vice-captain in the absence of Rishabh Pant, who is still recovering from a foot injury. Karun Nair, Shardul Thakur, and Akashdeep Singh have been dropped, while Devdutt Padikkal and Axar Patel have been recalled. The selectors have also included two wicketkeepers, Dhruv Jurel and N. Jagadeesan, to cover for Pant.

    The spin department is strong, with Jadeja, Washington Sundar, Kuldeep Yadav, and Axar Patel. Jadejaâ€s experience has been cited as the reason for his vice-captaincy role. The pace attack consists of Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, and Prasidh Krishna. Agarkar confirmed that Bumrah is available for both Tests, having had a good break after the England tour. Nitish Kumar Reddy has also retained his place, with selectors praising his temperament and promise.

    Shreyas Iyer has taken a six-month break from red-ball cricket due to recurring back spasms, while Sarfaraz Khan was not considered because of injury. Ishan Kishan is fit again but was left out, with selectors preferring him to gain more red-ball experience through domestic cricket.

    The BCCI announced Indiaâ€s 15-man squad for the two-match Test series against the West Indies, with Shubman Gill leading the team. The major change was the recall of Devdutt Padikkal, who replaced the dropped Karun Nair after his struggles in the England series.

    One of the biggest misses in this Indian squad was Rishabh Pant, as he was not included in the squad because he is still out injured. In Pantâ€s place, Dhruv Jurel was confirmed as the first-choice wicket-keeper, while N. Jagadeesan will serve as backup for the. Abhimanyu Easwaran was also left out due to team balance, with selectors preferring an extra spin all-rounder, which brought Axar Patel into the squad. On the other hand, promising Indian youngsters, Sarfaraz Khan and Manav Suthar, were also not included in this Indian test squad
