Former bareknuckle boxing ring girl turned AEW star Harley Cameron believes there are a few people in the company who could crossover into that world.
All Elite Wrestling‘s Harley Cameron was a recent guest of SHAK Wrestling. When asked which AEW stars she could see stepping into the world of bareknuckle boxing, Cameron named Marina Shafir, Jon Moxley, and Darby Allin, believing all three could cause some serious damage inside the ring.
“Marina Shafir. 100%. Or Mox. Or Darby. Actually, like, yeah, those three,†Harley Cameron said. “I think, like, oh, gosh, all of them would be nuts. Thereâ€s many more, but I think all three of those I feel like I could legitimately see causing some serious damage in that ring. And that was a wild thing to watch up close, Iâ€ll tell you that the sound, the soundâ€s the worst part.†[H/T: Fightful]
Harley Cameron defines Mercedes Monéâ€s success as legendary
Cameron also recently spoke with Rick Ucchino of Sports Illustrated, where she put over the work current TBS Champion Mercedes Moné has done so far in AEW.
“Iâ€ve never met anyone this far into their wrestling journey that treats every day like itâ€s the first day,†Harley Cameron said. “I respect her approach… Sheâ€s always growing, learning, evolving. Iâ€ll see her at a random training session that someone of her caliber, probably most people, wouldnâ€t be going to… Sheâ€s always working. And I think thatâ€s what makes her stand apart and why her success has been legendary. Especially this run because sheâ€s someone who has that mindset of always keep working.â€
