WWE legend Goldberg is facing a new accusation that is shaping into a fresh controversy.
Da Man is considered one of the most dominant pro wrestlers to ever set foot in the ring. However, he has often been surrounded by controversies and problematic situations. It appears that the WWE legend’s recent actions could land him in hot water again, after K & S WrestleFest updated fans on social media about a rather serious error on Goldberg‘s part.
Taking to Facebook, the official account of K & S WrestleFest posted that Goldberg had not appeared for a previously arranged private signing session. The WWE legend had apparently walked out of the event suddenly, leaving fans disappointed.
Unfortunately Goldberg PRIVATE Signing did not happen ..
We had all our items laid out ready to sign as Goldberg was doing another Private for another vendor.
After he was done, he got up and said he was done.. He walked out past our stuff, and left..
We are all super disappointed, and frustrated…
My apologies to all…
Whether Goldberg will respond to these claims is something fans will have to stay tuned for.
Goldberg Was Previously Blasted For Being Upset With Asuka’s Work By A WWE Legend
Goldberg had also commented on his undefeated streak being broken by Asuka a while back, which led to many veterans in the industry reprimanding him.
Speaking on the Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T had also chided the former WCW Champion and said:
Goldberg is a friend of mine. […] But I think these old guys need to stay out of what these young guys are doing. We had our time. And for us to think about in any way knocking with these young guys and what these young girls are doing today, itâ€s just totally out of bounds. Thatâ€s just the way I feel. We had our time in the sunshine, we ran with it, and it was a great time. And for us to be talking about what these young guys are doing right now in a negative way, I just think thatâ€s wrong. In any way, shape, or form,†Booker T said.
Goldberg is no longer active in the ring, unless he decides to go back on his retirement and return for another match or two. His last WWE appearance was on WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event in July, where he was defeated by Gunther, following which he hasn’t sounded all too happy with the way he was treated.
