Bron Breakker says he felt completely calm on the day he decided to betray former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins.
Last month, Bron Breakker teamed up with Bronson Reed and Paul Heyman on an episode of WWE RAW, betraying Rollins and officially ending The Vision. The attack also helped write Rollins off TV after he injured his shoulder at Crown Jewel against Cody Rhodes. Rollins is expected to miss about six months.
Speaking with Justin Barrasso for Undisputed, Bron Breakker said he didnâ€t feel any pressure that day and was fully prepared for the moment. He said, “That whole day, I wasnâ€t nervous, I was ready. For the past four years, Iâ€ve put in the work here. Iâ€m ready to be in this situation. Iâ€m the hungriest in the locker room, and Iâ€m ready for what comes next.â€
He added that this moment was his chance to rise to the top. “There isnâ€t a better time to bet on me, this is my opportunity to become the face of WWE. Iâ€m doing everything possible to make sure that happens.â€
Breakker also talked about working with Paul Heyman, sharing how much he has learned from him. “Paul Heyman is the greatest mind in the history of the business, heâ€s been through it all, seen it all, lived it all. Paulâ€s knowledge is unmatched. He just sees wrestling different from everyone else. Iâ€m extremely thankful I get to work with him… I have a lot to accomplish here, this is a place where I need to make my mark.â€
