The Role Model teamed up with Lyra Valkyria to challenge Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss for the WWE Women’s World Tag Team Championships during the show’s main event. This was the first time the unlikely duo gunned for the women’s tag team gold. Before the match, Bayley and Lyra made their entrance in Anaheim, California. The former women’s champion unleashed her “hugger” persona as she approached a couple of youngsters in the crowd.
Bayley Doesn’t Give Wade Barrett His Usual Hug on WWE RAW
Usually, Bayley approaches the RAW announce desk and takes time to hug color analyst Wade Barrett, and it has been that way over the past couple of weeks. However, this time, things became different from the Role Model and the former Intercontinental Champion.
Bayley and Lyra Valkyria instead went to a young fan to have a little bit of fun. Barrett, meanwhile, was waiting for the former women’s champion’s embrace but was left disappointed. He noted that it’s not easy to get a hug when there are kids around.
Barrett then expressed his disappointment, stating that he was indeed sad at being ignored.

In the end, the challengers were unsuccessful against the defending WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss, who nailed the Natural Selections on them.
