An AEW star and a WWE star attended a soccer game together on Monday.

During a Premier League match between Newcastle United FC and Liverpool FC that took place in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, WWE star Sami Zayn and AEW star PAC were seen together in the crowd during the television broadcast. Pictures of the two in the crowd were soon posted all over social media.

Sami Zayn seemed to respond to the feedback by posting a screenshot of the two together himself.

Liverpool ended up beating Newcastle United 3-2.

Zayn has continued to be a major focus in WWE, recently moving to the SmackDown brand in a feud with Solo Sikoa. He is set to challenge for SIkoa’s United States Championship this coming Friday on SmackDown, just 24 hours before WWE holds their Clash in Paris premium live event.

PAC left WWE in 2018 and joined AEW upon the company’s formation the following year. While he has seen success, winning the All-Atlantic and Trios titles, he’s also seen long stretches of time off due to injuries. He was part of the Death Riders stable until suffering an injury in a match against Swerve Strickland back in April.
