Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown turned heads Tuesday when he suggested on a video stream that the 2025 season has been a “s–t show,” and he was not apologetic Wednesday.
Instead, he explained his frustration lies in the offense’s overall inconsistency when it comes to contributing to winning and not because he isn’t putting up impressive individual statistics.
“It’s not just solely about my situation,” he told reporters. “Obviously, I want to win too. I think if we’re really focused on winning and doing our job, we can’t just keep snapping the band-aid over the defense doing their job and getting us out of trouble.Â
“At what point are we going to pick up our slack as an offense? … That’s what I’m getting at. It’s not about I don’t care about winning, all I care about is stats. No. It’s been week after week sometimes we’re not contributing and doing our job on offense.”
