-Excalibur introduced the show as pyro blasted on the stage. They panned the audience as Excalibur hyped Kris Statlander vs. Mina Shirakawa, Brodido vs. GOA, a promo from FTR, Powerhouse Hobbs vs. Claudio Castagnoli, “Hangman” Adam Page vs. Lee Moriarty in an AEW World Title Open Challenge, and The Conglomeration vs. The Don Callis Family.
-Hangman cut a promo backstage giving credit to Kyle Fletcher for taking him to his limit. He said he’ll be keeping an eye on him to see what he does with this moment. He told him not to disappoint him. He spoke about facing the ROH Pure Champion Moriarty fighting him for pro wrestling’s top prize.

As GOA came out, an inset interview aired with Ricochet talking about this match. He said since Katsuyori Shibata isn’t cleared, they used their clout to get this match booked. Ricochet joins in commentary. The bell rang 5 minutes into the hour.
