Anna Jay reveals who came up with her very memorable catchphrase.
All Elite Wrestling‘s Anna Jay recently took part in Highspots Sign-it-Live session. When asked about the origins of her “fat ass, bad attitude” catchphrase, Jay revealed that Jack Perry came up with it and Chris Jericho urged her to use it.
“Um, I don’t know if I wanna say,” Anna Jay began. “It wasn’t me. Alright, it was actually Jack (Perry). Yeah, and for a long time, he was like, ‘Why don’t you say this? It’s kind of crazy and it’ll stick with people,’ and I was like, ‘I don’t want to. That’s so not me to say,’ and then, one day, I think I ran it by Chris Jericho… And I think he was like, ‘Yeah, go for it,’ and then that’s how it happened.” [H/T: Fightful]
WrestleZone will have live coverage of AEW Collision later on this evening.
