According to Programming Insider, September 2, 2025 edition of WWE NXT on USA Network averaged 655,000 viewers, according to Programming Insider. This represents a 6.3% increase compared to the 616,000 viewers from August 26.
In the P18–49 demographic, NXT scored a 0.14 rating, up from last week’s 0.12 rating — a 16.7% increase.

The September 2nd edition of WWE NXT featured Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa making their shocking return as they confronted Trick Williams and took him out in a big way.
Candice LeRae also advanced in the WWE Speed Championship tournament after defeating TNA star Xia Brookside. This and many other moments took place throughout the night.
