Xia Brookside Pulled from TNA Bound For Glory

TNA Bound For Glory 2025 featured its chaotic Call Your Shot Gauntlet match, where the winner earns a shot at any championship of their choosing. But just before the action kicked off, fans got unexpected news about one of the advertised stars.

LÃ©i YÇng Lee was revealed as the first entrant in the Gauntlet, but she didnâ€t come with her usual partner. During her entrance, commentary confirmed that Xia Brookside was pulled from the match due to illness.

The news came as a surprise for fans familiar with the Angel Warriors, the tag team pairing of Lee and Brookside. The duo has been working together since 2024 and were last seen picking up a win on the October 2 episode of TNA iMPACT in tag team action. Thereâ€s no word yet on the nature of Brooksideâ€s illness or how long she might be out of action.

Lee went on to compete in the Gauntlet solo, representing the Angel Warriors in a high-stakes environment without her partner by her side.
