WWE Superstar Training To Become A Producer — Report

Is a current WWE Superstar in the process of transitioning to a producer role for the company instead?

SmackDown Superstar Candice LeRae hasnâ€t been seen in the ring much lately on the blue brand. Her last match on Friday night took place back in June, losing a fatal four-way match to Alexa Bliss. Since then, LeRae has mainly been competing in NXT, the actual weekly show, and some live events. Although it sounds like she might be looking to do more for the company as a whole going forward.

According to TC of WrestleVotes Radio, LeRae has been learning how to produce matches for WWE as of late, tweeting out:

“I spoke with a source who tells me Candice LeRae has been learning how to produce matches behind the scenes. She has been a producer for matches for WWE Main Event, including the one being filmed before #SmackDown in Tempe tonight between The Street Profits & Los Garza,†TC said in a post.

Itâ€s unknown at this time if LeRae is looking to transition into a producer role or if she intends on continuing to wrestle for the company. Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more information as it becomes available.

Rhea Ripley believes Candice LeRae is the most underrated woman in WWE

Rhea Ripley recently spoke with SPORTbible. When asked who she thinks is the companyâ€s most underrated talent, Ripley had high praise for Candice LaRae and said she wishes that she would get more of an opportunity.

“Itâ€s hard to like pinpoint anyone specifically, but I feel like thereâ€s a lot, especially like in the womenâ€s division,†Rhea Ripley said. “There are so many women that I know are so amazing at what they do, and they donâ€t get enough TV time or the opportunities to really show everyone what they can do.

“Like someone that I love is Candice LeRae, and going through NXT with her and seeing how her brain works and how she goes out there, and sheâ€s like the vet in the ring. She really knows what to do, and she keeps everyone calm, and sheâ€s got ideas. And itâ€s just like I wish that someone like her would get more of an opportunity.â€
