The Organising Committee of the Islamic Solidarity Games 2025, cordially invites Member Associations to nominate one or two White Badge (WB), Blue Badge in Progress (BBP), Blue Badge (BB), Gold badge (GB) umpires for the forthcoming prestigious event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from 08 November – 13 November 2025.
Priority will be given to umpires from Islamic countries.
Hospitality starts from lunch on 07 November 2025 through to breakfast on day after the duty ends.
All invited umpires apart of the umpires of the final days must organize their own transport to the region as well as travel and medical insurance. In addition, all invited umpires are responsible for early arrival and late departure.
Airline tickets are arranged by the LOC; reimbursements for independently booked flights
will not be provided. Please note that the LOC is not in a position to facilitate domestic travel within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any personal travel beyond the official event schedule should be arranged
individually and at oneâ€s own responsibility.
Should a nominated umpire require a visa, kindly send relevant information after selection (full name as in passport, date of birth, place of birth, passport number, expiry date of passport) to the Organising Committee.
Please note that all costs associated with the visa application are the responsibility of the applicant and the issuance of a visa is at the sole discretion of the relevant Consulate or Embassy.
Each umpire will receive daily allowance per competition day by LOC:
International Umpires: 120 USD
