Triple H Sends Message To CM Punk On 7th WWE World Heavyweight Championship Win at SNME XLI

WWE CCO Triple H congratulates CM Punk on winning the World Heavyweight Championship at Saturday Night’s Main Event.

The Best in the World beat Jey Uso at Saturday Night’s Main Event XLI on November 1 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to grab his seventh world championship. This win came after he lost his first world title of 2025 in just five minutes at SummerSlam when Seth Rollins cashed in his Money in the Bank contract in the ‘Ruse of the Century.’

Punk secured this win against Uso by delivering back-to-back GTS. When the ref handed him the belt, Punk was down on his knees with the title. He stood up and held it over his head as pyro went off. Michael Cole called out that Punk was now a seven-time world champion in WWE.

Congratulatory Message from Triple H to CM Punk

Triple H didn’t wait long to say something. On X, he posted:

Best in the world. Congrats @CMPunk! #SNME.”

Coming from Triple H, that’s a big deal. Ten years ago, Punk left WWE and went after The Game hard. People didn’t think there was any way he’d come back and work with Triple H, but when Punk returned in late 2023, everything changed.

This title win is different from his first one in 2025. At SummerSlam, Punk beat Gunther in a really good match, and fans were hyped about what he’d do next. Then Rollins appeared with his cash-in. This time, Punk had to go through Uso in a real match after Uso had just won a battle royal to get his shot.

Rollins had the World Heavyweight Championship after SummerSlam, but he didn’t hold it for long. At Crown Jewel, he got hurt during his match with Cody Rhodes. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed beat him down on Raw. WWE said he needed surgery and was out. That’s when the door opened for a new champion.

Now that Punk’s the World Heavyweight Champion for the seventh time, the question arises as to who will face the Best in the World.
