Somerset Women head coach Trevor Griffin is to leave the role at the end of the season.
Griffin has taken charge of the club for their inaugural Tier 1 campaign, having previously acted as head coach of the Western Storm team.
Somerset are currently sixth in the One-Day Cup table having won four of their 10 matches so far, with four group matches remaining next month.
In the T20 Blast this summer, they won only one of their 14 matches and went on a nine-game losing streak as they finished the competition bottom of the table.
