Toni Storm isnâ€t done with the AEW Womenâ€s World Championship—and she made that crystal clear during the October 1 episode of Dynamite. After scoring a strong win over Tay Melo on AEWâ€s six-year anniversary show, Storm grabbed a mic and addressed her recent title loss in front of the Florida crowd.
Still reeling from her shocking defeat at AEW All Out in Toronto, Storm admitted sheâ€s questioning who she is without the championship. The match at All Out saw Kris Statlander pull off a surprise roll-up pin on Storm during a brutal four-way battle that also included Thekla and Jamie Hayter. That loss ended Stormâ€s impressive seven-month reign as AEW Womenâ€s World Champion.
Now, Storm wants clarity—and revenge. She made it known that her business with Kris Statlander is far from over. Looking directly into the camera, she made her challenge loud and clear, telling Statlander to name the time and place for a one-on-one match. Stormâ€s intensity made it obvious: sheâ€s not moving on until she gets her shot at redemption.
Update: Later in the show, Kris Statlander responded to Stormâ€s challenge and officially accepted. The match is now locked in for AEW WrestleDream on October 18 in St. Louis,
