Stephanie Vaquer won the WWE Women’s World Title at Wrestlepalooza, but she didn’t do it without a struggle along the way.

WWE Wrestlepalooza took place at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. During the conference after Wrestlepalooza, Triple H spoke about Stephanie Vaquer for a bit. He revealed that the new Women’s World Champion wasn’t feeling very well over the past few weeks.

This revelation from The Game not only gave fans a new appreciation of Stephanie Vaquer, but it also let us know where she’s been over the past few weeks.

“She absolutely does have it all. I’ll let everyone in on a behind the scenes secret about Stephanie Vaquer, in the last few weeks, she’s been very sick. She had a — I don’t know the details of the flu-like thing going on. It’s why she missed the TV. It’s why she was built to it. It’s why she wasn’t feeling well, but she got better for it. So, for her to get a win like she did tonight is incredible. She’s only been here for a short time, but she’s going to become a dominate force.”

Stephanie Vaquer already had to set the record straight about her status. She said that she wasn’t injured, but that didn’t mention an illness.

We will have to see who steps up to Stephanie Vaquer to challenge for her Women’s World Title. She worked hard to get to this place in WWE. At this point, you never know what kind of things she will have to overcome along the way as well.
