Tanev, 35, is on injured reserve and has not played since Oct. 21, when he suffered an upper-body injury after an inadvertent hit to the head.

However, he said he has now cleared concussion protocol.

Tanev is in the midst of his second season in Toronto after signing a six-year, $27-million deal before the 2024-25 campaign.

At Friday’s practice, Tanev lined up on a pair with the offensive-minded Oliver Ekman-Larsson.

Nylander, 29, has missed two of the past three games due to a lower-body injury, marking the first regular-season contests he had missed since April 4, 2022.

He said he feels good, but “we’ll see” about playing against the Flyers.

Nylander leads the team with 15 points (three goals, 12 assists) in nine games.

Jarnkrok, 34, missed the last two games because of a lower-body injury suffered when he blocked a shot. In eight games, he has three goals, but it is unclear if he will slot into the lineup despite being cleared to play.

Laughton, 31, has been out since blocking a shot in the pre-season.

The Leafs acquired the veteran forward from the Philadelphia Flyers at last season’s trade deadline. The Oakville, Ont., native had two goals and two assists in 20 regular-season games with Toronto before adding two helpers in 13 playoff games.

Lorentz was injured in Wednesday’s game against the Blue Jackets after crashing into the boards during the second period. He missed three games earlier this month due to a previous upper-body injury.
