Ludwig Kaiser Details Fan Encounter at Airport Urinal

Ludwig Kaiser didnâ€t hold back when talking about how different fan recognition is around the world — and he had some unforgettable stories to prove it.

Speaking on the Kennt jeder podcast, the WWE star shared how fame has shifted for him, especially after years of representing Germany on wrestlingâ€s biggest stage. According to Kaiser, things in the U.S. are already intense, but itâ€s another level entirely when Gunther is by his side. The recognition is nonstop — even in the most private places.

“Weâ€ve even been approached at the urinal in the airport. A guy leaned over and said, ‘Hello Ring General, whatâ€s going on?â€â€

While Germany used to be where Kaiser could lay low and just be himself, he said those days are over. Over the last two years, WWEâ€s German fanbase has exploded — and now he has to watch what he does and where he goes.

But if you think American or German fans are hardcore, Mexico might just top them all. Kaiser said a single Instagram story — without tagging the location — drew a swarm of fans to his hotel lobby.

“A security guard came up and said, ‘Sorry to disturb you, but there are about 30 fans downstairs in the lobby. They saw your Instagram Story and they wonâ€t leave. Can you come down, take a few pictures, so they go away?â€â€

Kaiser didnâ€t just talk about fan love — he had plenty of praise for the energy German fans brought to WWE Bash in Berlin. France had set a high bar earlier in the year, but Kaiser was proud of how Germany matched it — and possibly topped it.

“France raised the standard really high — but we didnâ€t have to hide. We delivered. The atmosphere was amazing.â€

One moment that stood out the most? A surreal reaction from Randy Orton during his match against Gunther.

“They had a moment where they separated — and Randy just stood there looking around. He was totally taken in by what the crowd was doing. They basically paused the match for two or three minutes just to soak it in. And thatâ€s Randy Orton. Heâ€s seen everything.â€

Itâ€s clear that Kaiser holds these international moments close, especially when they involve representing Germany on a global stage. Kaiserâ€s stories are just one more reminder that pro wrestling isnâ€t just about the match — itâ€s about the electricity in the crowd and how far fans will go to connect with their favorites.
