Killer Kross Calls MLW Return A ‘Simple Decisionâ€

Killer Kross says his upcoming return to Major League Wrestling was an easy decision to make.

Killer Kross will return to MLW at the MLW x Don Gato Tequila special event, which will emanate from the Charleston Music Hall in Charleston, South Carolina, on November 20, 2025. The show will feature Kross†first match in the company since 2022.

Speaking to Ryan Gaydos for Fox News Digital, Killer Kross addressed his upcoming MLW return and match against former WWE United States Champion Matt Riddle. Kross stated that he always had great correspondence with the promotion and that it was an easy decision.

“Weâ€ve always had a great correspondence with MLW and Court Bauer and the whole team there – that goes back before 2019, I think,†Kross told Fox News Digital. “We came up in the indies, we came up in what would be the closet thing to the territory days, working all over the world. We had met Court a long time ago and always stayed in touch. This was a very simple decision. When we all got in contact with each other, we thought this would be a great fit for their audience.â€

Killer Kross Believes He Was Worked By WWE

Following their exit from WWE earlier this year, fans began speculating whether Killer Kross and Scarlettâ€s departure was just a work and if they would return to the company soon.

However, it turned out to be legitimate, and Killer Kross himself has opened up about the situation surrounding his exit on multiple occasions. He did the same once again when he released the third part of his documentary on YouTube, and claimed that he was the one who got worked by WWE.

“‘Is this all a big work?†Is that what youâ€re asking me, is this a work? Is this a big, elaborate, intricate work where I come back and say ‘surpriseâ€? The answer to that question is, in a sense, yes, this was all one big work. The worst part about it, though, is that itâ€s not the work everybody thought it was because I was the one getting worked.†[H/T: Fightful]

Killer Kross has had a few matches on the independent circuit following his WWE departure, and fans are excited to see him return to MLW and square off against Matt Riddle.
