What did WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels say to Jacy Jayne after she finally captured the NXT Womenâ€s Championship?

WWE NXT Womenâ€s Champion Jacy Jayne recently sat down with Sports Illustrated. While discussing her shocking title win earlier this year, Jayne recalled what Shawn Michaels told her after she returned to the backstage area following the match.

“I remember when I won the title, I came to the back and I was like, ‘How was the match, did you like the match, what can I do better, what didnâ€t you like?†Just asking annoying questions I guess,†Jacy Jayne admitted. “He was like, ‘I want you to stop thinking, turn your brain off, please at least try to enjoy this moment. I need you to enjoy this ride because you worked really hard for it and youâ€re an overthinker and I need you to not be an overthinker and really just have fun with this.†I definitely overthink every minor detail and he knows that, so him telling me [to] chill out, I need that sometimes.†[H/T: Fightful]

Jacy Jayne has another title defense ahead of her at WWE NXT Halloween Havoc

This weekend, Jayne will put her NXT Womenâ€s Championship on the line against Tatum Paxley. While the champion has attempted to drive a wedge between Paxley and Izzi Dame, thereâ€s no question that her title reign is very much in jeopardy this weekend.
