Dominik Mysterio has not been having a good time recently. While he did become a double-champion and the first Mysterio to win the AAA Mega Championship, his period of joy came to an abrupt end last week.
Dirty Dom was celebrating his retaining the WWE Intercontinental Championship; however, his celebrations were short-lived as Rey Mysterio made his return and took him out. The younger Mysterio’s patch of bad luck continued this week as he interrupted John Cena while he was addressing his fans in his hometown of Boston, which led to an impromptu title match that ended with Mysterio losing the Intercontinental Championship to Cena.
While many, including Rey Mysterio, thought this loss would humble Dirty Dom, it seems to have quite the opposite effect, as he still kept disrespecting The Last Real Champion despite his loss.
Mysterio took to his X/Twitter and tweeted a series of pictures from his match and captioned it with Cena’s old catchphrase that went against defying rules.
Dominik Mysterio’s tweet read:

John Cena wore a t-shirt with the slang term in the mid-2000s to coincide with his rebellious persona and engage with the younger audiences.
Dominik Mysterio had earlier tweeted disappointment at his loss; however, it seems that he is not ready to take responsibility for the same.
Finn Balor And Rey Mysterio React To Dominik Mysterio’s Loss To John Cena
While Dominik Mysterio was crashing out, his father, Rey Mysterio, seemed to be enjoying the moment. The Hall of Famer immediately took to his X/Twitter after watching his son lose and tweeted the word “LOL” in response to the whole situation.
Dirty Dom’s Judgment Day faction mate, Finn Balor, whom he has been having issues with recently, too, took a jab at the whole scenario by saying that he woke up to a wonderful day. Despite his loss, Mysterio still holds the AAA Mega Championship; however, fans will have to wait and watch if his bad luck continues in AAA or if he can successfully retain his title on his next defense.
