Concerning Update On Jade Cargill After WWE SmackDown Injury

There has been an update on Jade Cargill after her brutal injury on WWE SmackDown.

Cargill faced Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton for the latter’s WWE Women’s Title on SmackDown. During the match, The Storm was badly injured in a botched spot on the steel steps. There was blood flowing all over the place from the former AEW star after a huge gash on her forehead. The injury apparently led WWE to call an audible as the ending to the bout was also botched.

Jade Cargill Was Covered With A Towel And Helped To The Back After WWE SmackDown

Footage from after WWE SmackDown went off the air showed that Jade Cargill was being nursed at ringside. The star not only looked in bad shape but was also bleeding. This led to a WWE medic taking care of Cargill, whose forehead was covered with a towel to prevent further blood spill.

Jade Cargill was then helped to the back by the medic. There has been no health update from WWE as of writing.

Tiffany Stratton, meanwhile, remained at the Tiffy Top after retaining the Women’s Title on SmackDown. The star will now face Stephanie Vaquer at Crown Jewel on October 11 in a champion vs champion match.
