Bully Ray Wants John Cena to Defeat This WWE Star in His Final Match

Bully Ray wants John Cena to finish his WWE career as champion.

Cena now has only 10 appearances left on his retirement tour. With several high-profile bouts still scheduled. He will face Logan Paul next at WWE Clash in Paris, followed by his reported match against Brock Lesnar at WWE Wrestlepalooza in Indianapolis next month.

After that, John Cena is set to be in action at three major premium live events. This includes WWE Crown Jewel in Australia and WWE Survivor Series in San Diego, California. His final match at NBC’s Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13, which will air exclusively on Peacock.

With fans already debating John Cena’s remaining matches. Many are sharing their opinions on who they want to see him face. Popular choices include AJ Styles, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins, as well as rising stars like Dominik Mysterio, Bron Breakker, and Jacob Fatu.

WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray said he wants John Cena to end his career as champion. He believes that if the company has Cena win his final match, it could create more excitement. On Busted Open Radio, he said, “[If] John beats Seth [Rollins] for the championship on his last night, that’s a celebration.” [H/T: WrestlingInc]

Cena and Rollins have faced each other earlier this year at the Royal Rumble and the Elimination Chamber. They also recently came face-to-face at Night of Champions in June, when Rollins attempted to cash in his Money in the Bank contract during Cena’s match against CM Punk.

Having already made history as a 17-time WWE World Champion. Cena could make even more history if Bully Ray’s suggestion comes true by defeating Rollins in his final match and becoming the 18th WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
