Bret Hart Has No Clue Who MJF Is: “Who Is That?â€

WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart might have ruffled some feathers as he just admitted that he has no idea who MJF is.

While speaking to Johnny I Pro Show, Bret Hart stated that if the Montreal Screwjob had never happened and he stayed in WWE, he likely would have ended up working with John Cena.

“Boy, if the Screwjob had never happened and I had stayed in WWF, that match with John Cena wouldâ€ve happened. We wouldâ€ve done amazing stuff together. Iâ€ve always been really impressed by John Cena.â€

Afterwards, a fan suddenly shouted out MJFâ€s name. Bret Hart then literally asked who MJF was. After being told heâ€s an AEW wrestler, Hart claimed that he doesnâ€t watch much wrestling anymore, explaining why he wasnâ€t familiar with him.

“Who? MJF? Who is that? — Just curious though, who is it? — AEW wrestler? — As you can tell, I donâ€t watch a lot anymore.â€

Whether Bret Hart meant it seriously or was just trying to get a reaction, his comment has already gotten fans talking online. MJF is viewed as one of the best heels right now, and the idea of a modern star not being recognized by a legend like Hart is obviously something that will anger a lot of people in the end. So weâ€ll have to see if MJF responds to what Bret Hart had to say in the end.
