Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott did not receive a fine from the NFL for spitting on the ground in the direction of Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter in Week 1, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
The incident, which occurred before the first snap of Philadelphia’s 24-20 win over Dallas, resulted in Carter spitting on Prescott. Carter was ejected from the game and later fined $57,222.
He was one of four Eagles players to be fined for their actions in the season-opening victory.
